The Shriners Children's Open, part of the PGA Tour's FedEx Cup Fall series, takes place at TPC Summerlin in Las Vegas. Founded in 1983, the tournament has seen champions like Tiger Woods, Greg Norman, and Patrick Cantlay.

The event is critical for players outside the top 50 of the FedEx Cup standings as they seek to secure their PGA Tour status for 2025. Tom Kim, who won the event in 2022 and 2023, returns to defend his title and aim for a third consecutive win.

TPC Summerlin, a par-72, 7,243-yard course designed by Bobby Weed, is notable for hosting Tiger Woods' first professional victory in 1996. The event follows a traditional stroke-play format over 72 holes, with a cut after 36 holes.

Key contenders in this year’s field include Eric Cole, Cam Davis, Adam Hadwin, and J.T. Poston. While the winner will earn slightly less than last year’s prize of $1.512 million due to a reduced purse, they will also secure a two-year PGA Tour exemption and 500 FedExCup points.

Obviously, Tom Kim is one to keep a close eye on as he aims for a three-peat, but we fancy a play on a rank outsider! Daniel Berger, ranked 126th in the FedEx Fall Series, needs a strong finish to keep his PGA Tour status as his exemption expires after November. Despite past success, including four PGA Tour wins, he's shown recent improvement with a 7th place at Sanderson Farms and solid form at Black Desert. Known for excelling on tighter courses, Berger’s current stats suggest he could perform well this week at TPC Summerlin. Check our Shriners Childrens Open markets here.

Prediction: Daniel Berger @ 60.0
