TABLE OF CONTENTS

Baseball

  • If a match is played on a different date or at a different venue than originally scheduled, all wagers will be cancelled and refunded.

  • For bets made before the start of game which is abandoned or suspended and rescheduled to a later date Moneyline markets are graded based on the score at the end of the last full inning provided five innings have been played (or 4.5 innings if the home team is ahead) unless the home team scores to tie, or takes the lead in the bottom half of the inning, in which case the winner is determined by the score at the time the game is called. Moneyline markets will otherwise be voided.

  • For Live wagering, games must go to at least nine innings (or 8.5 innings if the home team is ahead) or else all live wagers on full game period markets will be cancelled. Periods that have been played to completion will have action even if the game is not played to completion.

  • Moneyline markets will be settled on the final result including extra innings.

  • For Runline (Handicap) and Totals wagering, games must go to at least nine innings (or 8.5 innings if the home team is ahead). If the game goes to extra innings, these markets are graded based on the score at the end of the last full inning, should play be halted in the top half of the inning with the home team trailing. For games suspended and rescheduled to a later date, Total and Runline markets are voided unless the game has gone nine innings (or 8.5 if the home team is ahead).

  • The following rules will apply to MLB Double Header games that are scheduled to play only 7 innings (plus extra innings if needed) for the 2020 season. Money Line bets will only have action if the game plays at least 5 innings (or 4.5 if the Home team is ahead). Runline (Handicap) and Totals bets will only have action if the game plays 7 innings (or 6.5 if the Home team is ahead).

  • For Japanese Nippon Professional Baseball and Korean Baseball Organization Baseball, if a game is called, suspended or declared a tie in extra innings, the score will be determined after the last full inning.

  • Baseball bets have action at the stated odds regardless of the starting pitcher for either team.

  • MLB First-Half Betting: All wagers on baseball first-half markets are settled on the basis of the score after the first full five (5) innings.

  • If a full five innings are not completed in the game, all bets will be void.

Basketball

  • Settlement will be based on the official final score including Overtime (if applicable), unless otherwise specified.

  • If a match is played on a different date or at a different venue than originally scheduled, all wagers will be cancelled and refunded.

  • NBA games must go 43 minutes to be official (for NCAA games, 35 minutes). For games ending before this, or postponed to a later date, ALL wagers will be cancelled and refunded.

  • For matchup and prop markets, players must play for wagers to have action.

  • All unmatched wagers will be cancelled at tip-off (or the game's scheduled starting time, if the game is untelevised). If the market is subsequently turned "in-running" at kick-off, all unmatched bets will be cancelled and the market will be turned live.

Ice Hockey

  • If a match is started but subsequently abandoned or carried over by more than three days, all bets will be void, except for those markets which have been unconditionally determined.

  • If a match is postponed to a new date or moved to an alternate venue, all bets will be void.

  • If a match is suspended before becoming official, and is resumed at a subsequent date, all bets will be void.

  • For "Grand Salami" wagers, if any scheduled game is cancelled or stopped before becoming official, all Grand Salami wagers for that day will be void.

  • NHL Games: Unless a market specifically states “Regulation Time Only”, overtime counts for scoring/grading purposes.

  • Penalty shootouts are considered part of overtime but the amount of goals scored by each team in the penalty shootout does not count towards the settlement of Handicap or Total markets.

  • Penalty shootout winners are awarded a single goal towards the final game score. For example, after overtime, the Hurricanes and Canucks game score is 2-2 and the game moves to a penalty shootout. The Hurricanes win the shootout. The final score is graded as 3-2.

  • NHL Games: Games must go 55 minutes for action.

  • KHL Games: Grading is based on the score at the end of regular time. Overtime and penalty shootouts will not count for scoring/grading purposes.

  • Ice Hockey World Championships: Grading is based on the score at the end of regular time. Overtime and penalty shootouts will not count for scoring/grading purposes.

American Football

  • Game and second-half wagers will be settled on the official result including overtime. In the event of a game ending as a draw all wagers on the Money Line market will be considered void and the stake will be returned. Wagers on Handicap, Total and any extra markets will be settled as normal.

  • If a match is played on a different date or at a different venue than originally scheduled, all wagers will be cancelled and refunded.

  • Games must go 55 minutes to be official. If a game is suspended after 55 minutes of play and subsequently resumed at a later date, the score at the time play was halted will be considered official.

  • If play is suspended before the completion of 55 minutes and not resumed the same day, all bets on the full game will be scored as "no action" and all monies refunded. If part of the game has finished (i.e. first quarter, first half, second quarter, or third quarter) those bets will be graded as action providing the entire period has finished

  • For matchup and prop markets, players must play for wagers to have action.

Soccer

  • Unless otherwise specified, wagers are for 90 minutes of play, including stoppage/injury time, but not including added time for "golden goals," sudden death, or penalty shootouts.

  • U17 soccer games: wagers are for 80 minutes of play, including stoppage/injury time, but not including added time for "golden goals," sudden death, or penalty shootouts.

  • Extra Time markets may be offered. These will be offered at the discretion of 3et and will be clearly labelled as Extra Time or ET markets.

  • For tournaments featuring single elimination and similar formats, 3et may post "to advance" markets that settle on a match's final result, regardless of extra time.

  • If a match is postponed or delayed and does not (or will not) start by midnight on the scheduled date, all bets on the match will be void unless we are aware that the match has been rescheduled to be played and completed within 12 hours of the original scheduled date.

  • If a match is abandoned or postponed after it has kicked off, all bets on all markets associated with this match will be declared void, unless the match is completed (according to the official source) within 12 hours of the original scheduled date, except for any instance where an unconditional, definitive result for a market has already been determined prior to abandonment; for example, first goal scorer, time of first goal or half time result. In the event of an abandoned match restarting from the beginning (within the 12 hours), bets matched prior to kick-off of the original match and bets on markets which have been unconditionally determined will stand. All other bets will be declared void.

  • For Handicap wagering, the "-" sign indicates the favourite (just as with major North American sports).

  • In some cases, a team is given two handicap values. If they manage to overcome both of these, you get a maximum return on your stake. When a handicap is made up of two parts, such as -0.0/0.5, or +1.0/1.5, it means that the bet is split evenly between the two handicaps. So if you back Team A +1.0/1.5 with $100, you are effectively betting $50 on Team A +1.0 and $50 on Team A +1.5. The market is similar to all markets in that you put up offers and take odds in the same way. However, because of the more complex rules surrounding Asian Handicap betting, it is not possible to display the profit and loss on this market. As on all markets, when you place a bet, money will be reserved from your account to cover your maximum possible liability on the market.

  • For Totals (Over/Under) wagering, matches must be completed or all wagers will be cancelled and refunded.

  • At the start of a Live Betting match, markets selected to go live will remain open and customers will be able to bet on them in-running. In an in-running ("Live") bet for Asian Handicap bets, where current scores or results are updated and displayed during the in-running event, the settlement of a bet is determined by the result of the final score (including the handicap) at the conclusion of the match or Period Betting (depending on the nature of the bet), minus the current score at the time of the placing and acceptance of the bet. This applies to handicap markets only. Settlement of bets on total markets and the 1X2 market is determined by the result of the final score at the conclusion of the match or Period Betting (depending on the nature of the bet).

Tennis

  • If a competitor retires or is disqualified bets on the Match Money Line market will have action as long as one Set has been completed, otherwise these bets will be void. Bets on other markets will be void unless the period was played to completion before the retirement or disqualification.

  • If a player retires during a match, the player progressing to the next round (or winning the tournament in the case of a final) is deemed the winner UNLESS the match has gone less than one full set, in which case all bets will be void.

  • All bets on a match have action as long as the match is completed within seven days of when it was originally scheduled to play.

  • All bets have action regardless of any change of venue, court surface, or changing from indoors to outdoors and vice versa

Cricket

If a ball is not bowled during a competition, series or match then all bets will be void:

If a match is shortened by weather, all bets on match outcome markets will be settled according to the official result (including for limited overs matches, the result determined by the Duckworth Lewis method).

In the event of a change of venue, bets will be voided if the new venue is the Home ground of the original Away team.

If a match starts but is later abandoned for any reason other than weather (examples of which may include: dangerous or unplayable wicket or outfield; strike or boycott; crowd protests/violence; pitch vandalism; stadium damage; acts of terrorism; and acts of God), 3et reserves the right to void all bets, except for those on markets that have been unconditionally determined

All bets on match odds markets will be pushed if the result is a tied match in any Test, County, or Limited Overs match.

If a match finishes in a tie, then that is the result that will count for the purposes of settlement, regardless of any “Bowl Outs”, “Super Overs”, “Coin Toss” or other format which may be played to determine the match.

If "No Result" is declared for a match then all bets will be void except for those on markets unconditionally determined.

If a test match is not scheduled to be completed within five days after the original scheduled completion date, then all bets on markets for this event will be void, except for bets on any markets that have been unconditionally determined.

Golf

If a tournament is abandoned and no result officially declared, all wagers will be cancelled and refunded, except those that have been unconditionally determined.

If a tournament is shortened and play for the day is abandoned, causing the winner to be declared based on the previous round's play, all wagers matched after the end of the previous round will be cancelled and refunded.

For Outright betting, if a player withdraws or is disqualified, they will be settled as a loser provided they have tee'd off to start the event.

In the event that two or more golfers are tied for the lead at the end of regulation play, 3et will respect whatever method is used to break the tie.

Boxing and MMA

If the scheduled length of a fight is changed, all markets involving numbers of rounds (e.g., fight duration) will be cancelled and refunded.

If a fight is rescheduled for a different date, all wagers stand so long as the fight takes place within 72 hours of the original date.

Any fight that is declared "no contest" will have all wagers refunded.

A total listed on a fight represents the total number of completed rounds. If a fighter retires before the start of a round, fails to answer the bell at the beginning of any round, or is disqualified between rounds, the fight will be deemed to have finished at the end of the previous round.

If a fight is stopped & a technical decision is awarded before the full number of rounds are completed, or a boxer is disqualified, the fight will be deemed to have finished in the round in which the fight was stopped.

For the purposes of Over/Under Rounds markets, a round is considered complete once half of its time has elapsed and the fight is ongoing.

Any fight involving an extra round or "sudden victory" round, this round will be included for wagering purposes.

Boxing and MMA markets will be settled based on the official result at the time. Subsequent appeals or rulings will not be considered.

Esports

If a match is paused/postponed and not rescheduled to a later time within 24 hours of the actual scheduled start time, then all bets on that match will be voided.

All markets consider overtime, unless stated otherwise in the market name.

If a team name is changed due to a team leaving the organization, joining another organization, or due to an official change of team name, all bets will stand.

If the match foded.rmat is changed or differs from the one which is being offered, we reserve the right to void all bets.

If the organizer of the event allows for stand-ins and there is an official result, all bets will be resulted as normal.

If the fixture is listed incorrectly, we reserve the right to void all bets.

All events are settled based on official results.

In the case of forefeited matches. All determined markets are settled and non-determined markets voided.
