To begin the verification process, please click on the Account option located in the top right-hand corner of the screen. Your account status will display as Unverified X. Then, click on Account Status to proceed.
You will need to complete the following two steps:
- Upload your photo ID.
- Provide proof of address.
Once you have uploaded the requested documents, you can move on to the next step.
Please ensure that your proof of address is dated within the last 3 months. We accept the following documents:
- Water, gas, or electricity bill (mobile phone bills are not accepted)
- Bank statement (transaction details and account balances may be redacted)
- Any government-issued letter
All documents must be clear, legible, and submitted in full, displaying all edges. We accept documents in PDF and JPEG formats.
For verification, we utilize a third-party service called IDScan, which verifies your documents in real-time. In some cases, if your documents cannot be verified by IDScan, our compliance team will review your documents during office hours, Monday to Friday, and contact you if further details are required.
