Definitions and Interpretation

In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the following meanings: 

  • “Account” means a valid customer account with 3et; 
  • “Agreement” means these Terms and Conditions of Use, the Rules and Privacy Policy, collectively; 
  • “Eurasia Services” mean the sportsbook services made available by Eurasia Sports on the Website; 
  • “3et” means the online sportsbook owned and operated by Eurasia Sports (located on the Website); 
  • “3et Data” means price data or any other data or content accessed from our site or via the API or any other data belonging to 3et from any other source; 
  • “Markets” means the betting markets available on the Website; 
  • “Member” means a person who has successfully registered a user Account; 
  • “Restricted Person” means a competitor of Eurasia Sports, or an employee, contractor or agent of any such competitor; 
  • “Rules” mean the practical rules which must be followed to make a bet and actions related to this at the sportsbook; 
  • “Privacy Policy” means our privacy policy as it applies to your personally identifiable information and related aspects; 
  • “Website” means this website with the URL www.3et.com; 
  • “You” means, as applicable, any Member, any user of any of the Eurasia Services, or any person accessing the Website. 

 

i) Contracting Party

You are entering into a contract with Eurasia Sports Limited, a company incorporated in Alderney (Company No. 1857), with its registered office at La Corvée House, La Corvée, Alderney, GY9 3TQ. Eurasia Sports Limited is licensed by the Alderney Gambling Control Commission (AGCC) under both a Category 1 and Category 2 licence. 


ii) Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Alderney. You specifically agree and consent to any legal proceedings being brought in the Courts of the Bailiwick of Guernsey, and acknowledge that Alderney law shall apply to the entire contractual relationship. 


iii) Regulatory Signposting

Where services refer or direct customers to third-party Business Associates outside the scope of AGCC regulation: 

  • Customers will be explicitly notified that such activities are not regulated or monitored by AGCC. 
  • It will be clearly stated that the AGCC will not accept or act on complaints regarding those services (Section 1(3) of the Ordinance). 
  • The regulatory authority overseeing such services will be identified. 
  • A clear process for lodging complaints with the relevant authority will be made available to the customer. 


iv) Verification and Consent

  • By registering for an account, you consent to Eurasia Sports Limited verifying your age, identity, and residence through internal checks and third-party credit reference agencies, in compliance with regulatory obligations. 


v) House Rules

  • Customers agree to abide by the platform's House Rules, which include: 
  • Maintaining account confidentiality. 
  • Prohibition on collusion or manipulation of markets. 
  • Use of the website and its data strictly for personal, lawful betting activities. 
  • One account per user; account misuse will lead to suspension or termination. 


vi) Fees and Charges

  • A 1% fee applies to all withdrawals via Neteller or Skrill. 
  • Bank wire withdrawals are free. 
  • Customers will be clearly informed when charges apply. 


vii) Disputes and Complaints Procedure

  • All disputes will first be assessed by Eurasia Sports’ management in line with internal rules and industry standards. If unresolved, complaints may be escalated to the AGCC at info@agcc.gg or through http://www.gamblingcontrol.org/players 


viii) Privacy Policies and Information Access

  • Your personal data is collected, stored, and processed in line with the Data Protection (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law 2017. You have rights to: 
  • Access, correct, delete, and export your data. 
  • Withdraw consent and opt out of marketing communications. 
  • Lodge complaints via support@3et.com or with the Office of the Data Protection Authority at info@odpa.gg. 


ix) Legal Age Policy

  • You must be 18 years or older, or the legal age in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher), to use our services. We reserve the right to request age verification and suspend accounts until proof is provided. 


x) Donation of Balances in Abandoned Accounts

  • If an account has been inactive for 24 months, and contact efforts have failed: 
  • Any remaining funds will be donated to a registered charity. 
  • The customer will be informed in the final email before donation. 
  • This also applies to frozen accounts pending investigation or where a customer consents to fund donation. 


xi) Self-Exclusion and Limits

  • Customers may: 
  • Request temporary or permanent self-exclusion. 
  • Request deposit limits. 
  • Request account closure. 
  • All such requests will be processed promptly and enforced until the requested period ends. 


xii) Voiding of Plays in the Event of Malfunction

  • In the event of a technical or system malfunction, Eurasia Sports: 
  • May void all affected plays or bets. 
  • Defines “malfunction” as any internal failure that prevents accurate or fair processing of bets. 
  • Reserves the right to cancel markets and freeze payouts during investigations. 


xiii) Terms of Credit

  • Eurasia Sports does not extend credit to customers. All gambling must be pre-funded by the customer. If future credit offerings arise, separate terms will apply and be disclosed. 


xiv) Foreign Operations and Translations

  • Eurasia Sports may offer translated versions of the website or services. In the event of discrepancy: 
  • The English version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail. 


xv) Improper Behaviour and Consequences

  • Improper conduct includes: 
  • Underage gambling. 
  • Fraudulent identity use. 
  • Market manipulation or collusion. 
  • Use of malicious software. 
  • Penalties may include: 
  • Account suspension or seizure. 
  • Fund forfeiture (with redirection to charity or affected parties). 
  • Reporting to authorities or regulators. 


xvi) Use and Remittance of Customer Funds

  • Customer funds are held in a segregated (but not protected) account per Regulation 231 of the Ordinance. In the event of insolvency, there is a risk to customer funds. Eurasia Sports may: 
  • - Use customer funds only for approved operational purposes. 
  • - Return funds upon account closure unless restricted by regulatory obligations. 


xvii) Additions to Customer Funds

  • Deposits to your account are credited in accordance with Ordinance Regulation 232. Funds are accepted only when: 
  • - Verification checks are satisfied. 
  • - The payment originates from a lawful source. 


xviii) Other Provisions for a Fair Gambling Environment

  • - All Members are solely responsible for complying with local laws regarding online betting. 
  • - Eurasia Sports reserves the right to amend these Terms and notify customers via email and website updates. 
  • - The English version of these Terms governs all interpretations. 
  • - System maintenance or service suspension will be communicated in advance when possible. 
  • - These Terms form the full agreement between the customer and Eurasia Sports Limited.

 

EURASIA SPORTS LIMITED Privacy Policy 

 

1. Introduction 

Eurasia Sports Limited is a company incorporated in Alderney with company number 1857 and whose registered address is at La Corvée House, La Corvée, Alderney, GY9 3TQ, GY9 3TQ (“Eurasia Sports”, “Company”, “we”, “us”). Eurasia Sports owns and operates 3ET an online sportsbook, at URL www.3et.com 

Eurasia Sports collects personal data, which may include your name, address, gender, date of birth, phone number, email, IP address, and payment details (“Personal Data”). We control Personal Data in accordance with the Data Protection (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law 2017. 

Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, your rights, and how to raise complaints. 

2. Data Controller 

Eurasia Sports is the data controller for your use of 3ET. Our Data Protection Officer oversees our data policies and the DPO can be contacted directly at:  dpo@3et.com 

Your personal data may also be held and processed by  Newton Squared 90 Limited (NS90), of Floor 3 River House, Blackpool Business and Retail Park, Blackpool, Cork, Ireland, who act as a “data processor” on our behalf.  

You consent to Eurasia Sports Limited carrying out an identity verification check with a Credit Reference Agency. 

3. Purpose of Data Collection 

Eurasia Sports collects certain mandatory elements of your Personal Data to provide you with the services of 3ET , an online sportsbook. Without collecting your personal data, we would be unable to offer you our services. or your use of our services would be severely restricted. 

You consent to Eurasia Sports Limited carrying out verification checks on you when you open an account with us and on an ongoing basis. This will include identification, credit, affordability, fraud and other verification checks from time to time that we may require and/or are required by applicable laws and regulations and/or by the relevant regulatory authorities for use of the apps and/or website and our products generally. You agree that you will provide us with all information that we require in connection with such verification checks. 

 

4. How Your Data is Used 

We use your Personal Data to:

You can opt out of marketing communications from Eurasia Sports while still using our services. 

Eurasia Sports may share your Personal Data with trusted third parties to assist us with the purposes listed above. Such disclosures to trusted third parties enables us to provide you with the best user experience on our site and shall not be used for the purposes of marketing other goods or services to you. Although we cannot accept responsibility for the actions of third parties, our trusted third parties have strict policies regarding the safeguarding and use of personal information. 

 

5. Your Rights 

All customers retain important rights to the data provided to us.  

As a customer of 3ET you are entitled to: 

  • Right to Access: You can contact us to request a copy of your Personal Data that we control; 

  • Right to Correction: If you identify any inaccuracies in the Personal Data we hold about you, please contact us to request a correction. Additionally, notify us without delay if there are any changes to your Personal Data;   

  • Right to Withdraw Consent: You may withdraw your previously given consent where there is a legal basis for processing your Personal Data; 

  • Request Personal Data Deletion: We shall within 30 days of a request, delete all Personal Data held about you; 

  • Data Portability: You are entitled to receive a copy of any of your Personal Data held by us  

Eurasia Sports does not transfer your Personal Data outside of  Europewithout informing you and ensuring safeguards. 

Eurasia Sports reserves the right to retain, process and pass on any Personal Data to any public, regulatory, sporting or other relevant authority as may be required to meet our regulatory obligations, including our social responsibility obligations towards yourself, and to assist with any investigation and prosecution into any criminal matters or other type of incident being investigated by a relevant authority.

6. Data Retention 

Eurasia Sports does not seek to process or store Personal Data for longer than is necessary. We retain Personal Data for five years after your account is deemed inactive or closed but we may retain data longer if required by regulatory obligations.7. The Data Protection Officer 

Eurasia Sports has a dedicated Data Protection Officer who takes responsibility for protecting your data rights. 

 

8. Your Right to Complain 

If you have any concerns or complaints pertaining to your Personal Data as controlled and/or processed by us, please contact 3et Customer Support (support@3et.com) in the first instance. If the matter is not resolved, please contact our Data Protection Officer (dpo@3et.com). 

If the matter remains unresolved thereafter you may contact the Guernsey Data Protection Commissioner in writing at The Office of the Data Protection Authority, Block A, Lefebvre Court, Lefebvre Street, St Peter Port, GY1 2JP or by email at info@odpa.gg 

 

9. Data Security and Encryption 

Your Personal Data is held on secure and resilient servers. In the unlikely event of a breach of your personal data, the incident would be handled in accordance with our data breach policy. 

Please note that email communications with Eurasia Sports are not encrypted so discretion should be used when providing personal details via email. 

 

10. Changes to the Privacy Policy 

Eurasia Sports reserves the right to amend the Privacy Policy from time to time, and you may be required to actively consent to any changes when you next log in to your account. 

 

Cookie Policy 

1. About Cookies 

Cookies are small text files containing information that 3ET , like most websites, stores in your browser and can retrieve whilst you are browsing the website. This data is used to improve your user experience by storing your preferences and helping you make the best and most efficient use of our Website. 

2. What Cookies are used for 

Our cookies are not used to store Personal Data, but are used to:
